A unique, one-of-a-kind, 100% Repurposed Belt. Made from nylon webbing sourced from rappel anchors in Cerro Torre Massif in Argentine Patagonia, this belt has a story to tell. In a region known for its beauty and harsh storms, this belt helped more than one climber safely retreat to terra firma. The natural color variations in the nylon are the result of sun fading and knots. The buckle, taken from retired climbing harnesses, provides a solid low slip grip in closing the loop. This belt has 44 inches of nylon webbing available for use. While it can not be made longer, it indeed can be cut to an appropriate length. I would suggest having two-five inches of left over webbing once the belt is buckled.
